Baths

PEARL BATH – a bath in which compressed air is pumped through air nozzles at the bottom of a bathtub. Air bubbles massage the body more gently than water during a hydro massage, which is similar to a micro massage. The bath is relaxing and releases both physical and mental tension. It also adds energy and vigour. A regular pearl bath improves your comfort and health by conditioning the body.

SALT WATER BATH – contains sodium and chlorine ions, sulphur compounds, magnesium, calcium, potassium, carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulphide. They affect the body similarly to sea baths. They stimulate our cardiovascular and nervous systems, are analgesic, reduce blood pressure, improve the health of joints and muscles. Salt water baths increase the vitamin D3 production in our bodies. They not only cure but also condition our bodies and boost metabolism.

PEAT BATH – peat is a carefully selected type of therapeutic turf. Peat is widely used in body treatments. It is helpful in treating degenerating arthritis, injuries and any muscle or joint pains. It is anti-inflammatory, analgesic and anti-oedematous. Its valuable ingredients can also improve the skin condition. They regenerate, sooth irritation, fight free radicals, as well as boost fat burning and enhance detoxification.

GALVANIC BATH – a hydro-galvanic bathtub is based on impulses (which condition our movements when they make our muscles contract and relax) and gentle electric current is used in the bathtub. During the bath electric current is passed through a person and has a positive effect on the body. These positive effects include: increased skin and muscle blood circulation, harmonized numerous body functions and vegetative nervous system, energising or relaxing influence on our body (depending on a selected programme).

UNDERWATER MASSAGE – affects the body similarly to a Swedish massage: it improves blood flow, which helps to oxygenate and nourish body tissues. However, water massage is considerably stronger and more intense than a classic massage. The purpose of the treatment is to relax muscles as much as possible. The massage also improves the condition of the skin and thus can be treated as an anti-cellulite treatment.
